I grew up riding dirt bikes in the Southern California Desert.

To fulfill my addiction I picked up a 1988 CR 250 R. The carb needed some adjustments, other than that it runs awesome for a 30 year old bike. I’ve done two weekend out in Ocotillo Wells getting used to riding. Thanks to working out 3 days a week the only real soreness has been the forearms and wrists. The goal is to upgrade to a CR 500 and hopefully do some desert racing next year. This blog is to document the travels to that goal :)
